Kian’s uncle, Peyrvalak, was not present at the murder scene, the main suspect.

Sajjad Peyrvalak, Kian’s uncle, reported on his personal Twitter page about the latest developments in the investigation of his deceased cousin’s case.

Kian’s uncle writes, quoting the prosecutor of the case, that a general charge has been issued for the suspect, named Mujahid Korkor, and has been sent to the criminal court of the province for further investigation.

Sajjad Peyrvalak writes that he explicitly emphasizes that the murder of his 10-year-old cousin was carried out by judicial officers in the presence of Kian’s parents, and at the time of the murder, there was no trace or evidence of the suspect, Mujahid Korkor.
