The price of eggs has reached four thousand tomans.

Unofficial reports from the Iranian market indicate a sharp increase in the price of eggs and chicken eggs in Iran. At the same time, a labor activist stated that the minimum cost of a basic basket of goods has reached 21 million tomans.

The civil protest channel on Telegram wrote that its field reports indicate that packaged eggs have also experienced a price increase.

Last week, this channel wrote that the price of one shoulder of eggs has reached 105,000 tomans, which means each egg costs 4,000 tomans.

Other unofficial sources have also reported an increase in the price of chicken to 103,000 tomans per kilogram.

Meanwhile, Tasnim news agency wrote that frozen chicken is being distributed in fruit and vegetable markets without any restrictions, priced at 45,000 tomans, which is 18,000 tomans below the approved rate for chicken.
