The Islamic Republic of Iran accused Donald Trump, the President of the United States, of encouraging political instability, inciting violence, and threatening national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national security of Iran.
These accusations were made by Amir Saeed Iravani, the permanent representative of the Islamic Republic to the United Nations, in an official letter addressed to the Security Council of this international body.
The representative of the Islamic Republic to the United Nations wrote in this letter, a copy of which was also sent to the UN Secretary-General, that the United States and the Israeli regime bear direct and undeniable responsibility for the loss of innocent lives, especially young people.
This letter was sent in response to the recent positions and statements of Donald Trump regarding the protests and internal developments in Iran.
