The abductor of the father of genetics: Paying the dowry for my second wife bankrupted me
A former colleague of the father of genetics in Iran, who had hired two people to abduct the doctor, claimed in his latest confession that he orchestrated this kidnapping scenario to cover the costs of paying the dowry for his second wife.
About 10 days before I did this, I decided to do it. I had been sleeping in my car for 6 months and needed money. I got married years ago and have two children with my first wife, but I separated from her a few years later.
The doctor introduced me to his secretary, and I married her. I promised her 114 gold coins as dowry, and it wasn’t three months before she said she didn’t want to live with me, and I had to give her a house worth about 8 billion tomans instead of the dowry.
I was a purchasing supervisor for the doctor for four years, but I left in 2017.
Our intention wasn’t kidnapping; I just wanted to talk to the doctor to do something for me.
The doctor is a benevolent person. I knew that if he knew my financial situation was bad, he would help me.
