Of course, not only this decision but also many long-term restrictions that were previously made during the Corona period by the National Headquarters for Combating Corona, which were depriving people of their freedom, had exactly the same issue, and there were extensive discussions by legal experts on this matter many times.
Regarding the ruling on filtering Instagram and WhatsApp, exactly the same conditions exist, and this decision is in contradiction with the law and Article 79 of the constitution.
