Shining performance of Iranian legionnaires in recent weeks
Several Iranian players who are playing in foreign leagues have been productive for their teams in recent weeks and have had a brilliant week for our country’s legionnaires.
The most notable performance of Iranian national team players belonged to Alireza Jahanbakhsh, who saved Feyenoord from a two-goal defeat in his 38-minute appearance.
Mehrdad Mohammadi also made headlines with his hat-trick after several weeks, and Iranian star Porto also scored after 362 minutes for the defending champion of the Portuguese Premier League. Amir Abedzadeh, another player from our country, also put on an acceptable display.
