The Executive Assistant to the President stated that the severity of the incident was not very high

Today, from 8 AM, the President was present in East Azerbaijan Province. Around 1 PM, they headed to Tabriz to inaugurate projects. Simultaneously, three flights took off. Around 1:30 PM, the helicopter carrying the President lost communication with the other helicopters. These two helicopters tried for half an hour to search but were unsuccessful in finding anything. The severity of the incident was not very high. Two of the individuals in the President’s helicopter made calls, a division of labor was organized, and rescue teams were dispatched to the area.
