Dragan Skočić: Brazil and France are championship contenders
The former head coach of Iran’s national football team says he sees Brazil and France as the two main contenders for winning the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
The second round of the group stage of the 2022 Qatar World Cup concluded last night, and several teams, including Brazil, France, and Portugal, secured their advancement to the knockout stage.
Dragan Skočić, the former head coach of Iran’s national team, took the opportunity of Croatia’s victory against Canada in the second round to assess the team’s situation and evaluate other contending teams.
Skočić named Brazil and France as championship contenders and added that Portugal is also a good team that can go all the way. Skočić said that, of course, Spain, Germany, and Croatia are also there, and they can achieve their goals at the last moment.
