Former NATO Secretary General: Ukraine can defeat the Russian army

Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO chief from 2009 to 2014 and former Prime Minister of Denmark, said the Russian army, using outdated weapons, is not properly organized, and the Ukrainian army is capable of defeating it.

NATO should increase the supply of weapons to Ukraine. Ukrainians have demonstrated high efficiency in using the weapons they have previously received, and if NATO and its allies continue these deliveries, then Ukrainians can truly win this war against the disorganized Russian forces that are using old military equipment.
